You can get it by killing elemental monster, example Fire = Kill any Fire Monster 0,001% Water = Kill any Water Monster 0,001% Wind = Kill any Wind Monster 0,001% Poison = Kill any Poison Monster 0,001% Shadow = Kill any Shadow Monster 0,001% Holy = Kill any Holy Monster 0,001% Ghost = Kill any Ghost Monster 0,001% Or you can buy it in pokemon town for 10.000.000 zeny each
